However, you expressly understand and agree that, in any event, the maximum liability of Moxtain will be limited to the trip cost purchased from Moxtain.
‘Lockdown’ imposed due to pandemics will be termed as an unavoidable and unexpected circumstance, and will be treated as a ‘No refund case’. A voucher of the same amount will be issued which can be availed in future treks.
In case of an incomplete trek due to weather conditions, one can opt for the same trek again throughout their lifetime on all our fixed departures for the same trek.
Note: This attempt only covers the trek fee and will not include any rentals or the transportation amount paid earlier. This is non-transferable.
The rented gears and bag-offloading service are made available on request only. An on-the-spot request may be refused due to unavailability. However, if you cancel your trek, the amount for rentals and offloading service is completely refundable. The amount is non-refundable on conditions like early-return or cancellation on trek start date, whatever the reason might be.
The rented gear and offloading service are not charged on a partial basis and the amount remains the same either availed on the first day or while on the trek. However, the charged amount may be higher if the service is requested while on trek (it will be provided only if available).
